LA33 - Mathstart

Mathstart is a series of 8 educational puzzles with slow progression. Children can explore the material at their own pace and find the right answers. Each piece only fits in the right place. We start by presenting numbers and quantities from 1 - 10. With one of the puzzles we introduce the addition sign, and then 2 puzzles with simple addition . Similarly, we have a puzzle to introduce the subtraction sign and then 2 puzzles with simple subtraction. The puzzles have large and thick pieces that are easy to hold. Every time a piece falls into place it gives joy and a sense of mastery.
